ယမကာ တင်သွင်းခွင့်မှတ်ပုံတင် လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် အောက်ပါ စာရွက် စာတမ်းများ လိုအပ်ပါသည်
(က) အသင့်သောက်သုံးနိုင်သောအရက်တင်သွင်းလိုသောကုမ္ပဏီများသည်
အောက်ပါစာရွက်စာတမ်းအထောက်အထားများနှင့်အတူလျှောက်ထား
ရမည်-
(၁) ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Letter Head ပါလျှောက်လွှာ၊
(၂) ကုမ္ပဏီဒါရိုက်တာတစ်ဦးဦး၏ နိုင်ငံခြားဖြစ်အရက်ကိုလက်ကား ရောင်းချခွင့်လိုင်စင်(FL-11)
(၃) နိုင်ငံခြားဖြစ်အရက်ထုတ်လုပ်ဖြန့်ဖြူးသူ နှင့် တစ်ဦးတည်းဖြန့်
ဖြူးရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့် (Exclusive Distribution) သို့မဟုတ် ရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့်(Exclusive Dealership ) ကိုယ်စားလှယ် အဖြစ် ချုပ်ဆိုထားသောစာချုပ်
(၄) တင်သွင်းမည့်အရက်နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့်အချက်အလက်များ
(ကက) အယ်လ်ကိုဟောပါဝင်မှု ရာခိုင်နှုန်း၊
(ခခ ) ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအမည်၊အမျိုးအစား၊ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်၊ ပါဝင်သည့်ပစ္စည်းနှင့်ထုတ်ပိုးမှုပုံစံ၊
(ဂဂ) ထုတ်လုပ်သည့်ခုနှစ်နှင့်သက်တမ်း၊
(ဃဃ) ထုတ်လုပ်သည့်နိုင်ငံ၊ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်နှင့်လိပ်စာ၊
(၅) သက်ဆိုင်ရာအထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနက ခွင့်ပြုထား သည့်အရက်သိုလှောင်ခွင့်လက်မှတ်သို့မဟုတ် ဖြန့်ဖြူးရောင်းချခွင့်လိုင်စင်၊
(၆) အရက်သိုလှောင်ရုံ လိပ်စာနှင့်ရောင်းချမည့်လိပ်စာ၊
(ခ) အရက်ဆီ၊အရက်ပြင်းတင်သွင်းလိုသော ကုမ္ပဏီများသည် အောက်ပါ
စာရွက်စာတမ်းအထောက်အထားများနှင့်အတူ လျှောက်ထားရမည်-
(၁) ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Letter Head ပါလျှောက်လွှာ၊
(၂) ကုမ္ပဏီဒါရိုက်တာတစ်ဦးဦး၏ ပြည်ပမှ တင်သွင်းသောနိုင်ငံခြားအရက်ပြင်းကို ပေါင်းစပ်ခွင့် ၊ ရောနှောခွင့် ၊ အနံ့ထည့်ခွင့် နှင့် အရောင်းဆိုးခွင့် လိုင်စင်(FL-4) နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားအရက်ပြင်းကိုပုလင်းသွတ်ခွင့်(FL-5) ယစ်မျိုးလိုင်စင်
(၃) နိုင်ငံခြားအရက် ထုတ်လုပ်ဖြန့်ဖြူးသူ နှင့် တစ်ဦးတည်း ဖြန့်ဖြူးရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့်(Exclusive Distrtibutorship)သို့မဟုတ် တစ်ဦး တည်းရောင်းဝယ်ခွင့် (Exclusive Dealership) ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ် ချုပ်ဆိုထားသော စာချုပ်
(ကက) အယ်လ်ကိုဟောပါဝင်မှု ရာခိုင်နှုန်း၊
(ခခ ) ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအမည်၊အမျိုးအစား၊ အမှတ်တံဆိပ်၊ ပါဝင်သည့်ပစ္စည်းနှင့်ထုတ်ပိုးမှုပုံစံ၊
(ဂဂ ) ထုတ်လုပ်သည့်နိုင်ငံ၊ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်နှင့်လိပ်စာ၊
(ဃဃ)အရက်ရောနှောပေါင်းစပ်၍ ထုတ်လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ပုလင်းသွပ် ခြင်းပြုလုပ်မည့်လိပ်စာ၊
ယမကာတင်သွင်းခွင့် မှတ်ပုံတင် အသစ် / သက်တမ်းတိုး လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် အထက်ပါအချက်အလက်များ ပြည့်စုံမှန်ကန်ပါက အလုပ်လုပ်ရက် (၂)ရက် အတွင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါသည်။
ယမကာတင်သွင်းခွင့် မှတ်ပုံတင် အသစ် / သက်တမ်းတိုး လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် သက်တမ်း(၁)နှစ် ခွင့်ပြုထားပါသည်။
ယမကာတင်သွင်းခွင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်ကြေး / သက်တမ်းတိုးကြေး (၅၀၀၀၀) ကျပ် နှင့် online ကြေး (၃၀၀၀) ကျပ်ပေးသွင်းရပါသည်။
လက်လီလက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်လုပ်ငန်းမှတ်ပုံတင်လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် အောက် ပါအချက်အလက်များလိုအပ်ပါသည်-
(၁) Tradenet 2.0 စနစ်မှ ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနသို့ လိပ်မူသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Letter Head ဖြင့် MD သို့မဟုတ် Director လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးထားသည့် အသစ်လျှောက်လွှာ၊
(၂) လက်လီ/လက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်လုပ်ငန်း မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ် လျှောက်လွှာ (အင်္ဂလိပ်-မြန်မာ)၊
(၃) ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီများညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပေးသည့်ကုမ္ပဏီမှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ် နှင့် ကုမ္ပဏီ Extract ၊
(၄) MIC အတည်ပြုမိန့် / ခွင့်ပြုမိန့် မိတ္တူ(MIC) ၏ ခွင့်ပြုချက် သို့မဟုတ် အတည်ပြုမိန့်ရယူ ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် နိုင်ငံခြားကုမ္ပဏီ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားဖက်စပ် ကုမ္ပဏီများအတွက်သာ)၊
(၅) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ မြို့တော်စည်ပင်သာယာရေး ကော်မတီ သို့မဟုတ် တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်ရှိ မြို့နယ်စည်ပင်သာယာရေးကော်မတီ၏ ထောက်ခံချက်၊
(၆) လက်လီ/လက်ကား ရောင်းချဖြန့်ဖြူးမည့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအုပ်စုစာရင်း၊

(၈) နောက်ထပ်ဆိုင်သစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားသော ဆိုင်အရေအတွက်နှင့် တည်နေရာ (နေရာအတိအကျ ဖော်ပြနိုင်ပါက ဖော်ပြပေးရန်)
(၉) ကနဦးရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုပမာဏကို ပြည်ပမှ ပြည်တွင်းဘဏ်တစ်ခုခုသို့ လွှဲပြောင်း/ ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြသနိုင်သည့် ယင်းဘဏ်မှ ထုတ်ပေး သည့် အထောက်အထား၊ (အကယ်၍ လာရောက်လျှောက်ထားချိန်တွင် ကနဦးရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုပမာဏအတွက် ဘဏ်မှထုတ်ပေးသည့် အထောက် အထားကို ပြသနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိပါက လက်လီ/ လက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်(ယာယီ) မှတ်ပုံတင်ကိုသာ ထုတ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး တစ်လအတွင်း ပြည်ပမှ ပြည်တွင်းဘဏ်တစ်ခုခုသို့ ငွေလွှဲပြောင်း/ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း အထောက်အထား တင်ပြနိုင်ပြီးမှသာလျှင် လက်လီ/လက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်မှတ်ပုံတင်ကို ထုတ် ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်)
လက်လီလက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်လုပ်ငန်းမှတ်ပုံတင် သက်တမ်းတိုးလျှောက်ထား ခြင်းအား အထက် အပိုဒ် ၁ ပါ အထောက်အထားများ ပြည့်စုံမှန်ကန်ပါက ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါသည်။
လက်လီလက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်လုပ်ငန်းမှတ်ပုံတင် သက်တမ်း(၅)နှစ် ခွင့်ပြုထား ပါသည်။
လက်လီလက်ကားရောင်းချခွင့်လုပ်ငန်း မှတ်ပုံတင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ကြေးနှင့်သက်တမ်းတိုးကြေး (၅၀၀၀၀) ကျပ် နှင့် onlineကြေး (၃၀၀၀)ကျပ် ပေးသွင်းရပါသည်။
၁။ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Phone,Fax,E-mailတို့ပါရှိသည့် letter Head ဖြင့်လျှောက်လွှာ။
၂။ စီးပွားရေးအကျိုးဆောင်မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ်/တစ်ဖက်ကုန်ရောင်းသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ချုပ်ဆို ထားသည့် Agreement(မူရင်း/မိတ္တူ)။
၃။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ပြည်နယ်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်(မူရင်း / မိတ္တူ)။
၄။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စည်ပင်သာယာရေးအဖွဲ့လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင်(မူရင်း / မိတ္တူ)။
၅။ ပြည်တွင်းအခွန်များဉီးစီးဌာနက ထုတ်ပေးသည့် အခွန်ပေးဆောင်ပြီးကြောင်း အထောက် အထား(မူရင်း / မိတ္တူ)။
၆။ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီများညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနမှ MyCo Online စနစ်ဖြင့် ထုတ်ပေးထား သည့် ကုမ္ပဏီမှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ်နှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီမှတ်တမ်းအကျဉ်းချုပ် (မိတ္တူ)။
၇။ ပို့ကုန်သွင်းကုန်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ်(မိတ္တူ)။
၈။ နိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုဘဏ်မှ အသိအမှတ်ပြုထားသည့် ဘဏ်တစ်ခုခုတွင် အာမခံငွေ (Deposit) အဖြစ် မြန်မာငွေကျပ်သိန်း(၁၀၀၀)ထည့်သွင်းထားသည့် ဘဏ်စာအုပ် (မူရင်း/မိတ္တူ)။
EV Show Room အတွက် Bank Guarantee ကျပ်သိန်း(၅၀၀)။
၉။ မြေပြင်စစ်ဆေးရေးအဖွဲ့၏ မြေပြင်စစ်ဆေးချက်အစီရင်ခံစာ စာအုပ်။
၁၀။ လာရောက်လျှောက်ထားသူသည် ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့ဝင်မဟုတ်ပါက ၎င်း ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏ မှတ်ပုံတင်မိတ္တူ၊ ပို့ကုန်သွင်းကုန်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်စိစစ်ရေးကတ်မိတ္တူနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လွှဲစာ။

မှတ်ချက်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်နိုင်ခြင်းမရှိသော ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက် စီးပွားရေး အကျိုးဆောင်ခန့်အပ်စာပေါ်တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာ သံရုံး၏ အတည်ပြုချက် (Endorsement) ပါရှိရမည်။
၇။ စီးပွားရေးအကျိုးဆောင်မှတ်ပုံတင်သက်တမ်းအား ပို့ကုန်သွင်းကုန်လုပ်ငန်းရှင် မှတ်ပုံတင် သက်တမ်းနှင့် ခန့်အပ်သက်တမ်း လုံလောက်မှုရှိပါက သက်တမ်း(၂)နှစ်ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။ ပို့ကုန် သွင်းကုန်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်မှတ်ပုံတင် သက်တမ်းနှင့် ခန့်အပ်သက်တမ်း မလုံလောက်ပါက နည်းရာသက်တမ်းနှင့် ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။
၈။ မှတ်ပုံတင်ကြေး ၂၅၀,၀၀၀/- ကျပ်၊ သက်တမ်းတိုးကြေး ၂၅၀,၀၀၀/-ကျပ်နှင့် ပြင်ဆင်ကြေး တစ်ချက်လျှင် ၁၀,၀၀၀/- ကျပ်၊
၉။ စီးပွားရေးအကျိုးဆောင်မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ် ရရှိရန်အတွက် ကြာမြင့်ချိန်(၇)ရက်။
There are (5) countries that signed trade agreements with Myanmar. These countries are China, India, Bangladesh, Thailand and Laos.
When the businessmen encounter in trade difficulties, bilateral trade relations division will assist to resolve issues through diplomatic channels and providing input and discussion in meetings held between the two countries.
The Memorandum of Understanding on rice trade between Myanmar and Bangladesh was signed in September, 2022. This MoU will be valid for (5) years and it has agreed to export (250,000) metric tons of Myanmar White Rice and 50,000 metric tons of all kinds of Myanmar Parboiled Rice annually.
The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of Trade of Urad and Tur between Myanmar and India was signed in June,2021. According to this MOU, (250,000) metric tons of Urad and (100,000) metric tons of Tur will be exported from Myanmar to India through private trade, over the next five financial years.
The circumstances of exemption where prohibitions prescribed in the Competition Law may not be applied include situations where the merged business still remains the size of a SME after a business merger; one or more of the businesses in the merger is or are at the brink of bankruptcy; the business merger results in an increase in export, technical improvement or establishment of entrepreneur businesses.
Any person who knows or suspects that someone has breached any prohibition of the law may file complaint.
Complete the complaint form (Form-1) of the Competition Law and send it directly to the Myanmar Competition Commission or through the Commission office. Complaints can be sent by means of post or by sending an email to an official email address of Myanmar Competition Commission mmcc.office@commerce. gov.mm or Myanmar Competition Commission website www.mmcc. gov.mm.
The complainant has the right to file statement of complaint; has the right to present witnesses who know about the complaint; may present the proof of evidence, documents, financial proof, the suspicious matters and concrete descriptions relating to the investigation; shall cooperate in the investigation.

The Commission and the Commission office shall keep personal profiles and other relevant information of every complainant in confidentiality for the safety and secure purpose.
Action shall be taken against the complainant under the existing laws for concealing the facts intent to mislead, or cause unfair loss or damage to the public or the individual, or for making false statement, providing false testimony and filing false evidence knowingly that be able to cause such loss and damage.
