Is there any country conducting trade agreements for beans and pulses with Myanmar?

The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of Trade of Urad and Tur between Myanmar and India was signed in June,2021. According to this MOU, (250,000) metric tons of Urad and (100,000) metric tons of Tur will be exported from Myanmar to India through private trade, over the next five financial years.
