၄။ အကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာနမှ အာမခံသိုလှောင်ရုံ Bonded Warehouse ထားရှိ ဆောင်ရွက်ခွင့် လိုင်စင်။
၅။ အထွေထွေအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးဦးစီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပေးသည့်ယစ်မျိုးလိုင်စင် (FL-19)၊
၆။ ဖွင့်လှစ်မည့်ဆိုင်တည်နေရာပြ Layout Plan။
၇။ မှတ်ပုံတင်ကြေး ၅၀,၀၀၀/- ကျပ်၊ သက်တမ်းတိုးကြေး ၅၀,၀၀၀/-ကျပ်နှင့် ပြင်ဆင်ကြေး တစ်ချက်လျှင် ၁,၀၀၀/- ကျပ်။
၈။ အကောက်ခွန်လွတ်အရောင်းဆိုင်မှတ်ပုံတင်သက်တမ်းအား (၁)နှစ်ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။
၉။ အကောက်ခွန်လွတ်အရောင်းဆိုင်လက်မှတ်ရရှိရန် ကြာမြင့်ချိန်(၇)ရက်။
လုပ်ငန်းသုံးမော်တော်ယာဉ်များ ပြည်ပမှတင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုရာတွင် မော်တော်ယာဉ် အရောင်း ပြခန်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးအရောင်းစင်တာများမှ တင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုခြင်းအစီအစဉ်၊ အစိုးရဌာနများ၊ တိုင်းဒေသကြီး/ ပြည်နယ်အစိုးရအဖွဲ့များ၏ တင်ဒါအောင်မြင်ကြောင်း ထောက်ခံချက်ဖြင့် လျှောက်ထားသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအား တင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုခြင်းအစီအစဉ်၊ ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အသုံးပြုရန်အတွက် တင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုခြင်းအစီအစဉ်တို့ဖြင့် ခွင့်ပြုပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
လုပ်ငန်းသုံးယာဉ်များအား မော်တော်ယာဉ်အရောင်းပြခန်းများမှ တင်သွင်းရောင်းချနိုင်ရေး အတွက် ရောက်ရှိခုနှစ်နှင့် ရောက်ရှိခုနှစ်အောက် တစ်နှစ်နိမ့်မော်ဒယ် (၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ် နှင့် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်) ဘယ်မောင်း (Left Hand Drive) ၊ အသစ် (Brand New) များကို တင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုထားပါသည်။ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးယာဉ်များအား လုပ်ငန်းသုံးမော်တော်ယာဉ် အရောင်းစင်တာများမှ တင်သွင်း ရောင်းချနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်နှင့် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်ယာဉ်များကို အသစ် (Brand New) အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်မှ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်အထိ ယာဉ် များကို Reconditioned အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း ဘယ်မောင်း (Left Hand Drive) ယာဉ် များသာ တင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုထားပါသည်။
မော်တော်ယာဉ် အရောင်းပြခန်း ဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အရောင်းပြခန်းအကျယ်အဝန်း (၁၄,၀၀၀) စတုရန်းပေနှင့် သိုလှောင်ရုံအကျယ်အဝန်း (၅,၀၀၀) စတုရန်းပေ ပြည့်မီရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
အမျိုးသားအဆင့် လျှပ်စစ်သုံးယာဉ်နှင့် ဆက်စပ်လုပ်ငန်းများ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ဦးဆောင် ကော်မတီ၏ ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်ဖြင့် လျှပ်စစ်သုံးမော်တော်ယာဉ်အရောင်းပြခန်း ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများမှ လျှပ်စစ်သုံးယာဉ် (Battery Electric Vehicle) များ တင်သွင်းခွင့်အတွက် ရောက်ရှိခုနှစ်နှင့် ရောက်ရှိခုနှစ်အောက် တစ်နှစ်နိမ့်မော်ဒယ် (၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ် နှင့် ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်မော်ဒယ်) ဘယ်မောင်း (Left Hand Drive) ၊ အသစ် (Brand New) များကို တင်သွင်း ခွင့်ပြုထားပါသည်။
လျှပ်စစ်သုံးမော်တော်ယာဉ် အရောင်းပြခန်း ဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် မြေအကျယ်အဝန်း (၁၀,၀၀၀) စတုရန်းပေနှင့် သိုလှောင်ရုံအကျယ်အဝန်း (၅,၀၀၀) စတုရန်းပေ ပြည့်မီရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။
www.commerce.gov.mm သို့ဝင်ရောက်၍ အဆိုပါစာမျက်နှာရှိ “ဥပဒေလုပ်ထုံး လုပ်နည်းများ” တွင်ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပြီး PDF ဖိုင်အား download ရယူနိုင်ပါ ကြောင်း။
ပို့ကုန်သွင်းကုန်လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားမှုများကို Automatic Licensing စနစ်နှင့် Non-Automatic Licensing စနစ် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ လက်ရှိတွင် ပို့ကုန်နှင့်ပတ် သက်ပြီး သတင်းလွှာ ၆/၂၀၂၃ နှင့် သွင်းကုန်နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး သတင်းလွှာ ၉/၂၀၂၃ တို့တွင် H.S Code အလိုက် အသေးစိတ်ကြည့်ရှု့နိုင်ပါသည်။
ယမကာတင်သွင်းခွင့်မှတ်ပုံတင်လျှောက်ထားမှုနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် ၃၉/၂၀၂၀ ကိုထုတ်ပြန်ထားပါသည်။ ဆက်သွယ်လိုပါက ၀၆၇-၄၀၈၄၁၄ နှင့် ၀၆၇၄၀၈၃၁၉ တို့သို့ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
မှတ်ပုံတင်သက်တမ်းမှာ ၁ နှစ်ဖြစ်ပြီး မှတ်ပုံတင်ကြေး ၅၀၀၀၀ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
The circumstances of exemption where prohibitions prescribed in the Competition Law may not be applied include situations where the merged business still remains the size of a SME after a business merger; one or more of the businesses in the merger is or are at the brink of bankruptcy; the business merger results in an increase in export, technical improvement or establishment of entrepreneur businesses.
Any person who knows or suspects that someone has breached any prohibition of the law may file complaint.
Complete the complaint form (Form-1) of the Competition Law and send it directly to the Myanmar Competition Commission or through the Commission office. Complaints can be sent by means of post or by sending an email to an official email address of Myanmar Competition Commission mmcc.office@commerce. gov.mm or Myanmar Competition Commission website www.mmcc. gov.mm.
The complainant has the right to file statement of complaint; has the right to present witnesses who know about the complaint; may present the proof of evidence, documents, financial proof, the suspicious matters and concrete descriptions relating to the investigation; shall cooperate in the investigation.

The Commission and the Commission office shall keep personal profiles and other relevant information of every complainant in confidentiality for the safety and secure purpose.
Action shall be taken against the complainant under the existing laws for concealing the facts intent to mislead, or cause unfair loss or damage to the public or the individual, or for making false statement, providing false testimony and filing false evidence knowingly that be able to cause such loss and damage.
