အမှတ်တံဆိပ်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းနှင့်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အမျိုးအစားသော်လည်း ကောင်း ကွဲလွဲလျှင် အမှတ်တံဆိပ် အသစ်အဖြစ် ယူဆမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အဆိုပါ အမှတ်တံဆိပ် အသစ်များအတွက် မူပိုင်ခွင့်ရုံး တရားဝင်စတင်ဖွင့်သည့် နေ့ရက်မှသာ လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်သွား မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
သက်သေခံအထောက်အထားမျာအား မြန်မာဘာသာ သို့မဟုတ် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာဖြင့် လက်ခံမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ တခြားဘာသာစကားများဖြင့် ရေးသားထားသော သက်သေခံ အထောက်အထားများကို မြန်မာဘာသာ သို့မဟုတ် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာသို့ ဘာသာပြန်ဆို (translation) ပေးရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Applications for copyright registration can be filed by online or in person. Online application can be filed at crfile.ipd.gov.mm. For in person application, application forms can be downloaded at www.ipd.gov.mm and application can be filed at Office No. (52), Nay Pyi Taw, No. 228/240, Strand Road, Pabedan Township, Yangon and 35th Street, between 63rd and 64th Street, Chan Aye Thar zan Township, Mandalay.
Generally, it will take about three months.
The owner of copyright or the owner of related rights can transfer all or part of the economic rights to another person or legal entity.
The owner of copyright or the owner of related rights may transfer to another person or legal entity by giving under any existing law or custom, transferring by testament, giving or donation, transferring of ownership under any of the existing law and licensing.
Literary and artistic work of which economic rights have expired enter the public domain and can be freely used by anyone without the permission of the author or owner of copyright or related rights.
You must enter the representative training certificate number opened by the Copyright Department.
Unless there is a separate agreement between the creators of a film, the original owner of the commercial rights is the producer.
