VALIDATION WORKSHOP FOR THE UPDATED ASEAN PEER REVIEW GUIDANCE DOCUMENT
“Validation Workshop For The Updated ASEAN Peer Review Guidance Document” was virtually held on 15th January, 2025. In the Workshop, Commissioner of the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCT), Chair of the ASEAN Expert Group on Competition (AECG) Mr. Raksagecha Chaechai gave his opening remarks.
The ASEAN Peer Review Guidance Document (GD) requires reviewing and updating in light of the pilot peer review (PR) exercise as well as recent competition law and policy developments. The workshop was held for the purpose of discussing the points that need to be prepared and included in those GD.
Representatives of ASEAN Member Countries, Consultants from Peer Review Team (PRT) of Thailand, and the ASEAN Secretariat attended the workshop.
