Participation in the “GCR Live Law Leaders Asia-Pacific 2025” (“Conference”)

1.       The “GCR Live Law Leaders Asia-Pacific 2025” (“Conference”) was held in Singapore from 26 to 27 November 2025.

2.       During the opening session of the conference, the ASEAN Enforcers Roundtable, competition law enforcement authorities from ASEAN member countries discuss capacity building, the development of competition law cooperation in the region, the differing treatment of key commercial conduct, key policy drivers in each jurisdiction, enforcement of competition laws, focus markets and recent cases. 

3.       Dr. Thutha Aung, Member of the Myanmar Competition Commission, participated in the discussion at the Roundtable session.
