Attendance at the Workshop on Merger Review and International Cooperation
Dr. Thuta Aung, a member of the Myanmar Competition Commission, along with representatives from the Competition Commission Office, participated online in the ASEAN-OECD Workshop on Merger Review and International Cooperation, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, from April 28 to 29, 2025.
The objective of the workshop was to provide competition officials with insights into best practices from experienced OECD jurisdictions, with a focus on analytical tools, investigative techniques, and the practical challenges involved in merger review.
