In honor of the Silver jubilee of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar), the 3rd Conference on Learning and Development to support Good Governance was held in the Yadanar Hall of Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) from January 25 to 26, 2024.
The ceremony was attended by officials from the Union Civil Service Board, University Advisory Members, former trainees, thesis writers, the rectors and civil service personnels, and the current trainees from the different courses of the Civil Sercive Academy.
In the Conference, a total of 22 papers were presented in four sections: Ethics and Well-being, HRM and International Relation, Good Governance and Policy Recommendation, Education/Training and Others and 7 papers were presented in the Poster Section.
At the Conference, U Thuta Aung, a member of the Myanmar Competition Commission addressed the keynote speech and delivered the Myanmar Competition Commission’s efforts to create a free and fair competition environment. The members of the Myanmar Competition Commission and representatives from the Commission Office attended the Conference in virtually.
