The National Trade Facilitation Agreement Enquiry Point was created in accordance with article 1.3 of the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) at the World Trade Organization (WTO) to reply to inquiries from interested nations/organizations and provide timely trade-related information.

Purpose of Enquiry Point

The purpose of establishing an inquiry point is to obtain from interested parties information related to trade procedures under the Trade Facilitation Agreement; In order to respond to inquiries regarding documents in a timely manner.

Method of Enquiry

The interested countries and organizations can fill in the application form and send inquiries via e-mail ([email protected] ) or fax (067-3408311).

Reply to Enquiry

The TFA enquiry point should provide answers in writing within 30 days of receiving the enquiry forms (according to the date shown on the post or the time the fax is received). Under special circumstances, it may give its answers and reasons for the delay in writing in 45 days.
