EEC-ASEAN SEMINAR Competition Policy and Enforcement in the EAEU and ASEAN
EEC-ASEAN SEMINAR Competition Policy and Enforcement in the EAEU and ASEAN was virtually held in 26th July, 2025. In the seminar, Mr.Maksim Yermаlovich, Member of the Board (Minister) in charge of Competition and Antitrust Regulation of the EEC)and, H.E. Ly Sopoirvichny, Independent Commissioner of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC) gave their opening remarks.
The seminar was held for the purpose of discussing the Competition policy and law in the EAEU, Competition policy and law in ASEAN, the EEC experience in controlling compliance with the General Rules of Competition, ASEAN experience in competition law enforcement, and International cooperation and competition advocacy in the EEC and ASEAN.
Representatives of ASEAN Member Countries, Experts Group on Competition from Eurasian Economic Commission - EEC, and the ASEAN Secretariat attended the seminar. As representatives from Myanmar, member of the Myanmar Competition Commission, U Zeya Thura Mon and Officials from the Commission Office attended the seminar.
